hello... how many times can one person go on a pre trial on a 487 (1) California Penal Code? The attorney hasnt found the police reports yet and I ve been on a pre trial twice.And what is the sentencing on a 487 ?Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

There is no particular limit. However, you can withdraw your waiver of time and speed up the process. You should discuss this with your attorney. Pushing a matter to trial is not always the best procedure.
Pac 487 can be charged as either a felony or a misdemeanor. as a felony the maximum sentence is 3 years, unless there are enhancements that add to the maximum sentence.
