Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

2 Charges of 273a (A)....

Served a warrant for my arrest, got out of jail on bond.

Warrant had 2 counts of 273a (A) on it.

Looking for any advice or something to do to fight against this in court.

I realize these are serious charges.

These charges are indeed serious and carry a minimum of three years each. You would be very wise to contact an attorney, who will need a lot more detailed information to fight these charges.

Please feel free to contact me for your free consultation.

Simply not enough information here to comment beyond this: Contact/retain an attorney and make all court appearances.

My practice is limited to homicide defense.

To fight the charges, your only method lies in hiring a lawyer. Don't play around with this. Good luck.
