Re: 2 counts of petty theft, driving on a suspended license

In regard to the petty theft charges it would depend on his prior record, if any, the county in which the petty theft occurred. Each county, DA's office has its own philsophy regarding petty thefts.

The driving with a suspended license would also depend on why his license was suspended, and if he has any prior convictions for driving on a suspended license. If the suspension is alcohol related it could result in some jail time.
