I was arrested on 09/15/2011 for an alleged PC 459 burglary.. I recently checked public records and saw this. Do you know what this means. Are they still coming after me with these charges?

It looks like to me that you were released on your own recognizance. But with entries like this, including an arraignment, it sounds as though charges have been filed and an arraignment has been scheduled. You need to speak to an attorney that can check this for you as soon as possible.
