Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

7 eyewitness say me and a girl were fully naked and having sex at a public place, but I have 2 eyewitness saying we weren't. Also when the cops arrived at the scene me and her were fully dressed. Is that sufficient evidence to convict me for public indecency?

The cop is going to swear that you two were buff naked and doing the nasty under the blanket and that he saw the blanket flapping in the wind, thereby revealing Mr. Winky. Unless your good lawyer conducts an effective cross-examination of the cop, subpoenas your two eyewitnesses, and persuades the jury that there is a reasonable doubt, you're going down. If all you have is the public defender, don't expect your attorney to be fully prepared for trial, expect instead a hard sell on the day of trial for a guilty plea that might not be in your best interest.

By the language you use, you just allude to the fact that you were nude in public. I'm sure you made similar incriminating statements to the police. Do yourself a favor, and get an attorney.
