107 Grams Meth poss held for an hour

It was July 3rd 2003 and my buddies and I were hanging out at my Aunties house for a friends birthday. Through out the day my friend came over asking me to hold his Meth. till everything is fine at his house. I never paid attention till he constantly bugged me and I took it and held it for an hour. As 1 hour passed I came home ate dinner and took a shower and on my way out for beer he was on his was back to my home and I quickly followed him back to he can pick up the susbstance. When he came he stood in my property for 5 minutes and suddenly two undercover cars pulled up and froze my auntie's residence. At this point they already knew I had drugs in the home. I'm not on probation or have

nor do I have priors. My so called buddy had 14 grams in his pocket which they also added to the weight clause of my case. I do not sell or even use this drug and feel,I should not be given any jail time for this case but I understand it was in my possesion. I worked since I graduated from High school and since the day of my raid I worked at 5 other major companies throughout the Bay Area. I am currently persuing my dream as a mortagage broker.Is there a possibility of no time or a program I may qualify for in order to continue to work?
