Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Im currently 17 and a high school graduate i was thinking about going to a theme park event where it will start at 7pm to 1 am and will be out during event. The friends who i am going with are 18, if stopped by a cop will i be sited or arrested?

You should be advised that Los Angeles has a curfew ordinance. Generally, minors are not supposed to be out alone, in public places after 10:00 p.m. without their parents or legal guardians. There are exceptions, however. You can read about it here:
