11351, 11350 and 11352 HS
How do these charges differ and is there a difference between powder cocaine charges vs. rock cocaine charges? Do narcotics team on the site automatically test to see which it is? How much do these EACH hold?

They relate to possession, possession for sale and transporting controlled substances. Crack carries a tougher penalty than powder cocain. Contact me directly.

The three charges are Simple Possession, Possession For Sale and Transportation related to cocaine base (crack cocaine). Possession of crack for sale carries possible greater penalty (up to 5 years) than possession for sale of powder cocaine. Transportation is maximum 5 or 9 if crossing county lines. Simple possession is 3 years but makes defendant eligible for treatment in most cases.
