35% law?
Is it true that when prop 66 passed, so did the new law that non violent offenders only have to do 35% of there time?

Proposition 66 did not pass. Even if it had it did not have such a provision.

Thanks for your posting, but it's based upon a false premise. Proposition 66 did not pass, and only affected sentencing on a third strike, not other offenses.
