Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a 2nd DUI and a probation violation from another in 2014. DUI Court is suggested but the terms seem horrendous. Considering non accident non injury arrest and no violent history; and prop 47 prison/jail provisions; what is the likelihood of significant incarceration if I opt? PS. I'm in California, 6
