Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
3 parties having conversation on speaker phone in community room. Two parties are actively aware of recording - 3rd party should be aware that everything is always recorded. 3rd party admits to abuse against a child. can this recording be used? Can it be submitted to legal authorities and used against this 3rd party?

Should be aware is not the same as being aware and consenting. I suggest you carefully read Penal Code section 632, as recording others without their consent is a crime in the State of California.
