Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I'm 44 and both physically & mentally diabled. I allowed a 19 yr old young man from my apartment complex to go to an ATM and withdrawal $200 from my bank account and purchase a money order with it for my rent, because I was unable to go do it myself due to my disabilities.
Unfortunately, after doing so, he then proceeded to make an ATM account balance inquiry and then a $100 withdrawal from my checking. He did this with neither my consent nor my knowledge.
this young man is also VERY MUCH AWARE of the fact that I'm still suffering the financial, emotional and mental after effects of being the victim of identity theft as well as having my mental condition exploited to the point of my own attempted suicide.
What would be the penal code & name for what he has done to me?

I say it would be called theft...I recommend changing your pin ... You also may need a new card.
