Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
in 2013 I plead no contest to a charge 530.5(A), it was the first time i had ever been in any trouble(age 42) and I had no idea what I was being charged with. Regardless , it is now two years later and I wish to have it expunged from my record to better my chances at employment. I have paid all the fines, served two of the three years informal probation, completed my community service and stayed out of trouble, what are thee chances of it being expunged?

In order to have your case expunged you would have to first ask the court to terminate you probation early. if your probation is terminated early, you can get the expungement (Penal Code section 1203.4) upon filing the Petition and having the matter before the court.
