Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
3rd Strike
if your on parole and you get busted with a pair of brass knuckles in your pocket, but you were at your brothers house and not in the commision of a crime, but parole picked you up for not reporting, is this a violation or can it be a felony to make a third strike?

Re: 3rd Strike
Possessing bras knuckles is a crime. Thus this could be both a parole violation and a new felony charge.
