Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
1st time being arrested
the d.a. is trying to convicte me of burglary of a gas station. the d.a. don't have any finger prints, or video that proves that i was there. they just have one person that siad that they didn't see my face, but that they saw the back of my jacket.

What is, or is not sufficent evidence to either motive a DA to file, or a jury to convict is a very slippery answer. Best to say that many ID cases are trial cases and you need sophisticated trial counsel's help instantly to prepare your case for trial.
