In 2007 u commit a fraud for the amount of $10200 before a report was made i pay all the money on the 30 of agust a officer stop me and when look up my info in the computer i got a warent. Since 2007 I'm going to court for that matter i told my attorney that all the money has been giving back my ottorney is trying to get a misdeminor cuz i pay back they want to charge me with felony and grabt theft what are my chances of getting misdeminor

I hate answering questions that ask things like "what are the odds" or "what are the chances". The law is fact driven. Its not a game of chance. If the facts of your case suggest misdemeanor conduct than you have a chance. However with that amount Id say its unlikely straight away. Make sure your attorney pleads you to a wobbler so you can later reduce it to a misdemeanor. If your case is in Central or Southern California feel free to give us a ring.
