10 year age diffrence
my friend was telling me that if two adults have constntual sex if she is ten years older i could go to jail for rape is this true ??

There can be no rape if sex is consensual between two consenting adults, i.e., between people over 18. Age gap does not matter.

Your question doesn't say so, but I presume that you are one of the two adults you're asking about. If you are an adult you can legally have consensual sex with another adult of any age. It doesn't matter how much older she may be.
