Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Around 1 year ago we were contacted by a detective for questioning so we paid a laywer $1500 to take on what we thought was a case. Since then the case has closed and we not contacted again. Can I request a refund from the attorney since we nor him were even talked to again?
