Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am currently on 2 year court probation for theft and now I am currently being charged for misdemeanor embezzlement, I know that if I violate my probation I might have to do jail time, is their any way I can get around it because I am working full time and I am going to college in the fall.

Unlikely. If you committed embezzlement while on probation then you probably should be jailed. People who deserve to be jailed are not entitled to remain free just because they work and/or go to school. There may be other good arguments you can make. But if you did what you're accused of doing, then you may not escape the consequences just because you have a job and plan to go to college.
