what can be done

if my 16 year old daughter left the house in the middle of the night with a 20 year old and got in his car with out my permission but returned before morning what can i do legaly to this 20 year old boy to get him in any kind of trouble?

Merely taking your daughter out during the night is not a crime, and the fact that your daughter lacked permission to go out has no legal effect on the young man.

If they had sex he is guilty of a crime, but you will have to persuade the police and/or the D.A. that this happened.

Finally, I must ask why you are so focused on punishing the boy when your daughter is the one who disobeyed you. If you teach her to behave responsibly boys won't be able to talk her into outings like this.
