Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My 16 year old daughter had sex with a 18 year old guy in Arizona. But we live in California. Are there any charges i can put against the guy? If so what are they? She willingly flew over to see him and admitted to having sex with him, and now she is being tested for any signs of pregnancy.

The sexual conduct occurred in Arizona. The most obvious law to apply would be Arizona. In California many prosecutors do not file charges when the age difference is 2 years. Check with an Arizona attorney there may be a civil action available there. There is probably little that can be done in California about this situation.
