Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
An 18 year old gir has a baby with 16 years boy. The 16 year old is having another baby with the same 18 year old girl. The 16 year-old boy's parents are upset and ask the 18 year-old girl to have an abortion at 3 months or they will press charges on her sleeping with their son... What sort of charges can 16 year old parents claim?

The girl has committed unlawful sex with a minor, assuming that they were in California at the time. And the boy's parents are at least arguably committing blackmail.
