Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
if a 21 year old guy fingered (digital penetration) a 17 year old minor girl is that a misdemenor or a felony? I was wondering this for the state of California but if you know at all that would help too. please write back thank you.

There are a number of California Penal Code sections that could be charged. Best guess it is a wobbler (could be prosecuted as either a misdemeanor or a felony).
