Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i have a 3 year joint suspension on my back and i havent gotten in trouble for 3 years but i didnt pay my fine and show up to court will i get the 3 years?

It's anybody's guess, but probably not. Your best scenario would be to have a lawyer show up with you and ask the court to waive the fine or make payment arrangements, and at the same time file a motion to "expunge" the conviction and/or reduce it to a misdemeanor, as applicable.
