Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my 19 year old son got his 16 year old ( now 17) girl pregnant. all her family knew about their relationship and they were living with her uncle. now the mom ( which she has no legal right on her) wants my son to stay away from his girlfriend and threated him to call the cops on statutory rape. what can he do?
