Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Greetings. More then 21 years ago, I was assaulted several times from bullies between my middle school and high school years. Years, after these incidents, I still relive these thoughts in my mind, due to post tramadic stress. I always regret letting these bullies get away, and not going to the proper authroity figures. Is it to late to file criminal charges, against these people, after more then 20 years?
