Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was given 3 years felony probation for a gun charge, i am currently running from probation. if i stay out of police contact can they still arrest me after my 3 years expires?

Sorry but yes they can.

Once you are in violation of probation, they revoke your probation and that stops the clock. Otherwise, everybody would just run and hide for three years.

Talk to your lawyer and try to get this right so you can get this behind you.
