Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My 14yo son was accused by a fellow male student of rape, harassment and blackmail. He reported it to the teacher and teacher reported to vice principal. Vice principal said they will investigate further tomorrow. I am positive that my son is being falsely accused and slandered (the time and date of accusation does not add up and lots of people at school know). Can I sue the accusers parents for slander and what can I do to protect my son?
