18 yr old first MIP
I received my first mip because i was in ''arms reach length'' of a beer can(thats what the cop told me and i was not drinking that night) i was charged with section 256626a and was wondering if anyone could tell what i should expect in terms of a fine and a class

It depends what you're charged. Also, you may have your license suspended, depending on the charge and plea, if you are under 21. Good luck.
