Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My 18yr. old son recieved his first charge ever in his life never been in trouble, has no past or prior history for nothing. What do you think they will do he was givin a 50,000 dollar bail when he should have been or'd how can I help him get released on Thursday when he goes to court?

He needs an attorney. If he cannot afford an attorney, he can ask the court to appoint the public defender. Depending on the charges, an attorney can file a motion to reduce bail.
