If someone has absconded for a felony probation sentence in California, are there less likely states to extridite back to California?

The likelihood of your actually being extradited depends on California's wanting, or not wanting, to pay to have you shipped back here (on several long and unpleasant jail bus rides). As of right now California is flat broke, but maybe for you they will make an exception.
