Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Someone is accessing my phone records on line
I believe someone has set up my cell phone online. what can i do about it? i believe it may have been done by an x boyfriend, or his x wife, or new girlfriend? What can i do? Please advise if i can take legal action and if it would do me any good.

Contact the cell phone service provider and request them to turn off the service and then re-establish your service with another number. Then discuss the possibility of reducing charges to you for the hijacked service charges.
