Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i have a serious accusation and need to know how and who to deliver it to. i am accusing a psychiatric doctor of criminal malpractice, cover up, false diagnosis and wrongful imprisonment, because i was attempting a complaint of harrassment against his future neice in-law.

I don't know what you mean by "delivering an accusation" however I think the best advice in any case is to get an attorney if you are being investigated or have already been charged criminally.
As far as you filing a suit for harassment against someone else, that is a civil issue and would be undertaken (if at all) after the criminal case is resolved.
If you're saying you are being charged in retribution for filing a civil case, the same applies - get a good criminal defense attorney who regularly practices in the court where your case will be heard.
It's not likely the DA is filing a case against you because you filed a civil suit. If charges are filed, they have evidence against you, or believe they do anyway. Good luck!
