Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was accused of rape of a woman that had a threesom with another girl and myself then she claims not to remember. if police question me do i explane. i have another woman who witnessed her kissing me i guess she blacked out.

My biggest piece of advice: Do NOT try to explain your way out of this with the police. They won't care what you have to say. If they have enough to arrest you, they will, no matter what you say. Trust me - you can do no good talking to them.

Instead, invoke your rights, do not agree to an interview, a statement or any other interaction with them.

You're facing a strike, lifetime registration and huge problems. The police aren't looking to clear you - they're looking to build a case.

Get a lawyer and keep quiet.
