I am an actor and had a scene where I had to slap my partner can she claim assault?

Normally, no. If she was in the scene, and consented to the slap, consent is a defense. It would be tantamount to me filing an action for battery against a fellow that I was boxing with in the ring. There could be an issue, if you intentionally did something that was not called for, i.e. a choreographed scene and you got your licks in.
