actual time served
I was cnvicted of misdemeanor grand theft through a plea bargain and got a 120 day sentence. I plan on going to work furlow. what will be my actual time served? any way to shorten sentence? would jail be less days? i have 3 kids...no previous offenses..was a bank employee when happened...no record.
