Admitting to misdemeanors on job apps

I was ticketed for possesion of pot, but took the defferal class and now my record has a dismissal. Do I answer yes or no to having any convictions when applying on a job app?

The legal answer to most job applications would be "no convictions.". However you must know if the employer finds the arrest they may think you lied to them on the job application. David Wallin at www.wallinlaw.com
