Is adultery a chargable offence / parole violation and what would be the sentencing for someone with 2 strikes against him in San Joaquin County, CA. Would a judge consider it a waste of time?

Re: Adultery Parole violation
Adultery is not a crime, and I very much doubt that it would violate the terms of your probation. If it does, those terms may very well be unconstitutional.
