Last night my neighbor brutally attacked me with a baseball bat.
He has been threatening me for a long time because he is convinvced that I enter his place of residence while he away. He claims that I do absurd things like switching his laundry with ''garbage''[meaning different ratty garments,etc], he accused me last week of switching an old black travel alarm clock that he had with an identicle red one. He then threw this clock at me through an open window. None of this is even remotely true and I have always kept myself calm and unphased by his behaviour. He recently told my roommate that he hated me so much he wanted to quote:''douse me with gasoline and light me with a match''. Last night he snapped. He caught me off gaurd and began wailing on me with a baseball bat. My roommate saved me by wrestling the bat away. She screamed, ''you're going to kill him'' to which he replied, ''Good. He deserves to die''. He then went inside and returned with a second metal bat. I had little time to react and suffered several full blows to the head,broken knuckles,broken ribs,shoulder separation-clavicular separation,bruise contusion hematoma,hand fracture metacarpals, and other injuries. ambulanced to emergency hospital. No $ 4 Atty. WhatDOiDO?

Report this conduct to the police and then retain an attorney to help you obtain a restraining order against him.
