aiding and abetting

there was an under cover cop and he asked me if i knew where to get a twamp on campus (ucsc). i told him i knew of someone on my hall who sold pot. i took him there and he did his business buying an 8th of an ounce of pot from the guy on my hall. later i was arrested and my room was seached in my possession was 1 psycilbin chocolate and 4 hits of lsd. i was told i was arrested for aiding and abetting, but the seach warrant said that i was aiding and abetting not only a pot sale but also a lsd sale and a psycilbin sale but i never did any of these is the warrant legal? please email me back if you can i know you guys are busy but please--name removed-- [email protected]

This question is difficult to answer because you are not clear on the facts. Further, I have never heard the word "twamp". What is that?

Generally, simply being arrested for aiding another in crime does not, in itself, indicate that you are in possession of illegal substances. Did you tell the undercover cop about what you had in your room? How did he know, if not from you?
