I have a friend that he never when to court for driving a bicycle with out a ligth, he was tinking that was not important,

now Is time to go to court for driving with out licence, can he go to cout to ask for extension to de Jude, whit out the risk to be arested, Just for an extension, wilhe we have the money to hired good a Lawyer,

or can he wait otside wilie I go for him, argumenting that he is not on the city, just to get an extention for him, We have only $200.00, or can you give me better option, hes visa is expired we afraid he go to jail and deported we hare so nervous , I hope you can help us thank you somuch cort date is nex 28 wendsday at long beach 1:30 pm thank you

If you are not a licensed attorney, you had better not go in and "argue" for him while he waits in the hall or you will be committing a crime as well. It is called the unauthorized practice of law and it is a misdemeanor.

Your friend needs to get an attorney. If you are going to Long Beach, watch out for those escalators, a woman was killed on them a few years ago.
