If you get alcohol poisoning as a minor can you get charged for public intoxication

sure if you're in public & the intoxication was voluntary ... i.e. you were not slipped a mickey.
Even then you can be *charged* of course ... whether you are convicted or not will be up to your attorney. Good luck!
