Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
allegations without evidence
I requested a police report but they rejected me because I was listed as a suspect but I was not arrested or cited and no pictures were taken so Why are they listing me as a suspect when I did not do anything wrong?

Re: allegations without evidence
Clearly, the police have some sort of evidence pointing toward you as a suspect in some sort of incident.
You knew you were involved in something - that's why you're trying to get a copy of a police report. If you are really baffled as to why you're listed as a suspect, maybe it's time to talk to a criminal defense attorney in your area and try to sort this out.
