not allowed contact with parole

my boyfriend was put in prison for domestic violence. he gets paroled in 2 weeks, but part of the conditions is that he stays away from me. i never wanted that. we plan to marry, and we have a baby together. what do i do to make it where we can have contact?

His parole officer may be able to allow him to have contact with you.

WHY do you want to have contact with him. If you continue your relationship with him and you are physically abused, child protective services can remove the child from you. If the child is young and you insist on continued contact with a man who has physically abused you, the can and probably will terminate your parental rights and put the child up for adoption. Unless this man has received professional help the odds are very high that he will abuse you again and the abuse will to get more severe. Such abuse often escalates until it becomes life threatening and sometimes fatal. You should seek counseling regarding your continued interest in an abusive relationship.
