Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
amended order
Last December, a judge ordered my husband, a commercial fisherman, to complete 15 days of community service. At that time, my husband advised the judge that he would soon be leaving to fish. The judge asked that he complete as many days as he could prior to his departure, and the rest would be stayed. However, this information was not included in his order, and it has become a problem with the probation department. How do I obtain this information? Do I have to get an amended order? How do I pull this file?

Is there a warrant out for him now? His attorney should clarify the order. Call me directly.
