Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
amended order
Can I go to the superior court, pull my file, bring it to the trial clerk and ask for amended order due to clerical error? I have the court transcript to prove the judge's intent. Important language missing on pronouncement of judgement.

Re: amended order
This will require a written motion to be brought and heard in front of the court. Sounds like your situation calls for an attorney. I suppose you could try to do it yourself, i.e., put your case on calendar and argue your case orally, but generally I would not recommend it.
In any case, very best to you.
