Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
AMy husband was under the influence if meth and we got into an argument he wanted to take our daughter from me and I went to get her. He pointed a loaded gun at me so I left to my moms. She called the cops they found the gun and arrested him. Will we still be able to live together after he is released?

Presumably your husband has a restraining order keeping him away from you. If he is convicted, the restraining order will probably become a condition of probation. Until a judge lifts the restraining order you will not be able to live together. You should call the DA's office and ask for the number of the victim's advocate and talk to them.
