That depends on your conditions of probation and the rules set by the Sheriff's Department for the electronic monitoring/house arrest program.
You should check with the probation department to see whether your probation terms prohibit you from associating with people on probation or parole. If they do, you would have to go back to court and ask the judge for an exception for your son.
If you do not have a "no association" clause, check with the electronic monitoring program to see if it's okay with them.
