Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
please answer
i'm on bond here,im from out of state awaiting my trial.my current bond condition is i cant leave the county.how can i request to go out of state until my trial and fly to texas bi-weekly to see my p.o.?my bondsman said he wouldnt object to me staying there,my p.o. said it would never happen.

You need to have a motion, preferably written, heard by the judge who can override the P.O. and let you travel. Your lawyer should do it for you. You have to have strong reasons though. Good luck.
