Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I did not get an answer before. I was watching Nancy Grace' court show. One sister gave her gun to sister #2. Sister #2 gave the gun to her boy friennd. Sister #2's boy friend lost the gun. The first sister reported the gun lost. If anything happens in the future Re: the gun, can sister #1 be held responsible?
